Chief Revenue Officer
Peter Cook is the Chief Revenue Officer for Allintus. He is responsible for business development, leading the sales organization, and managing broker and vendor relationships. For more than 20 years, Peter has held leadership roles in the group insurance and employee benefits field where he was accountable for achieving profitable growth while cultivating and sustaining distribution channels and internal capabilities.
Prior to joining Allintus, Peter was the Head of Distribution for The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America where he managed the sales and account management teams’ efforts in creating and sustaining profitable growth of all group products. While there, he drove sales growth by 6% annually and achieved a CAGR of 8.3% during his tenure.
Prior to this, he was the Regional Vice President of Sales for Assurant Employee Benefits where he was responsible for the distribution of group life, disability, dental, and voluntary products in the Eastern Region. At Assurant, he drove sales growth of 4% annually and improved persistency by 1% per year.
Previously, he held Vice President of Employee Benefit Sales roles at Aetna Inc., and The Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc., where he oversaw the distribution of group life, disability, long term care, association, affinity, and specialty risk products.
Peter holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a B.S. in Finance from the University of Maine. Peter has three grown children and lives with his wife in Westport, CT.
×Jean Wiskowski
Chief Marketing Officer
Jean Wiskowski is the Chief Marketing Officer for Allintus and is responsible for building and executing the brand and marketing strategy including digital, public relations, and communications. Jean has more than 20 years driving sales and marketing strategies in the group insurance, employee benefits, and HR services industries.
Prior to Allintus, Jean was the Chief Marketing Officer for Extensis Group, a leading Professional Employer Organization. While there, she conducted a major rebrand, developed referral network strategies for channel partners that led to 30% YOY revenue growth, built digital capabilities, and established the firm’s social presence.
Before Extensis, Jean spent a decade as the Chief Marketing Officer for the Group Insurance business of Prudential Financial, Inc., where she developed and managed an $18 million marketing and advertising budget, drove profitable growth in B2B2C markets with a 98%+ client satisfaction score for six consecutive years, and achieved a 100% rating by top strategic accounts. Earlier in her career, Jean was the Head of Marketing for Merrill Lynch Asset Management.
Jean holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Financial Management Services and a B.S. in Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She previously held FINRA Series 7 and 26 licenses.
Jean’s passion is animal rescue and therapy dog work. She has raised two service dogs and two therapy dogs. She lives with her husband and a menagerie of cats and dogs in New Jersey.
×Andy Hatcher
Chief Operating Officer
Andy has over 15 years of leadership and customer service experience across multiple industries, including banking, insurance and human capital management.
Andy is responsible for the overall operational efficiency of the organization to include strategic planning for long term goals, implementing process standards and solutions, overseeing customer service and monitoring and managing the day to day operations of the business.
Prior to joining Allintus, Andy was an HCM Operations Manager at ADP, LLC in their National Accounts Comprehensive Outsourcing Services division. He was responsible for the operations, service and retention of COS’s highest profile clients on the divisions’ newest platform.
Before ADP, Andy spent 5 years as a billing manager for Humana and Morneau Shepell. Most recently at Morneau Shepell where he was responsible for coordinating IT, Finance and Operations in order to optimize a billing infrastructure and create accuracy for a startup division of the organization.
Previously, he was an Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager for Bank of America and SunTrust where he was responsible for Consumer and Small Business relationships totaling over $100M in deposits. Andy was also a market leader for New Associate Engagement and Customer Service Excellence.
Andy holds a B.S in Finance from the University of Maryland.
Andy’s passion is sports. College, pros, football, basketball, hockey, if there is a game on it is most likely playing on a TV or 2 in his house.
